March 5, 2008  -  RACEceivers will make their debut at GHR in the weekly series for the 2008 season. They will be mandatory for the Focus Midget class this year. This should make lineups and restarts quicker and easier providing a better show for the fans and increasing safety for track officials.

January 31, 2008  -  The Grays Harbor Raceway 2008 Ford Focus Midget Rules have been released and they are available for viewing from the left menu under resources.

January 27, 2008  -  The Grays Harbor Raceway 2008 tentative schedule has been released. 

September 15, 2007 -  The 2007 season at Grays Harbor Raceway has come to an end with a big bang. The season wrapped up with an outstanding weekend of racing with the Fred Brownfield Memorial Event. The Ford Focus class had 12 cars in attendance for Friday night and dropped to 11 cars for Saturday night after Nick Frausto sustained heavy damage to his car during the Friday night heat race.

It was only fitting that Fred’s son, Ty Brownfield, would make big news. Ty set the new Grays Harbor Raceway track record for the Ford Focus Midget class on Saturday. His time of 15.746 seconds beat the previous record of 16.130 seconds which was set by Otto Jorgenson the night before by nearly .4 of a second.

Samantha Taylor pulled a sweep of the weekend winning both the Friday and Saturday night main events. For her efforts, she took home $1,592 in winnings. 

September 1, 2007 -  Congratulations to Dan West, Jr. in his victory on the season championship night.  The win put Dan into first place in the point standings and gave him the season championship for the 2007 Ford Focus Midget Class at Grays Harbor Raceway.
